Caitlin Goicoechea Hart
Mental Health Counselor in Boise, Idaho.
My Background
Hi, I am Caitlin Goicoechea Hart an Idaho Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.
Over the past decade, I have worked with clients seeking counseling to work through mental health struggles and life transitions. The therapeutic relationship between myself and the client is a collaborative approach for the client to gain insight and positive growth that they seek. I do this by utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, adlerian therapy, mindfulness, collaborative and proactive solutions that are strengths-based.
I have been a member of the Idaho Counseling Association since 2012 and was awarded Counselor of the Year in 2019. I joined the Idaho Mental Health Counselors Association in 2018 and have served as its Ethics Chair, President, and Past President. I am also a member of the Postpartum Support International Association.
Advocating for mental health awareness and the professionals in the field is a passion of mine and being a member of these associations allows me to do this on a state and national level.
